A. Inventory & Store Management:

Receive, check, and record deliveries of school supplies and equipment. Maintain an accurate inventory system and update records regularly. Ensure proper storage and labelling of items to facilitate easy retrieval. Issue supplies and equipment to staff and students as per approved requests. Conduct periodic stock-taking and report shortages or damages. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the storeroom. Assist in the procurement process by providing inventory updates and recommendations. Coordinate disposal of obsolete or damaged items following school policies.

B. School Event Support:

Coordinate school event logistics, timelines, setup details and requirements. Work closely with event organisers to ensure events run smoothly. Ensure all event rental equipment is delivered, set up, and arranged as per requirements. Follow safety guidelines in handling and storing materials. Perform other duties as assigned by the school.

Job Requirement:

SPM and above Previous experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role is an advantage. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. Ability to lift and move moderate loads. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing. Familiarity with basic hand and power tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good working attitude. hardworking and willing to learn Sense of urgency and good problem solver. Helpful and good customer service mindset. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
