Play a pivotal role in driving the growth of business geographical expansion in the Proptech industry by fostering strategic partnerships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
Develop and execute strategies to engage & collaborate with corporate clients to drive up Rooms Occupancy Rate
Establish and nurture partnerships with universities, colleges, airlines, and other strategic partners to fulfil demand for rental properties and related services.
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Conduct research on the targeting area and analyze market trends to identify opportunities to source for demand and supply, ensuring a balanced portfolio.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Finance, to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
Work collaboratively to meet the needs of corporate clients and drive business success through effective coordination and communication.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate business development, sales, client servicing, or client facing role
Good understanding of local scene property market, specifically in Johor
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Willing to be based in Johor Bahru with accommodation provided
