Job Purpose and Impact

The Strategic Account Manager will help build and maintain customer relations with assigned global accounts, identify opportunities, execute project pipeline, and grow market share in the accounts in order to drive business growth in the food ingredients space of Cargill Food Ingredients and Bioindustrial (FIBI) Enterprise . In this role, you will develop customer development plans and growth strategy for the assigned customers by assessing the customer\'s needs, identifying unmet needs, and building our relationship within the accounts. Key Accountabilities

Develop and implement strategy (customer development plants) for designated global accounts to expand demand, improve margin growth and extend strategic partnership in order to achieve FIBI 2030 growth target in doubling size of the business by 2030.
Deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment by executing sales plans with strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
Develop mutually beneficial and long term partnerships with customers, clarify mid to long term customer needs and define and agree to a specification of customer requirements.
Develop strong pipeline for business growth in the assigned accounts by unlocking opportunities, being customer experts, discovering unmet needs / jobs-to-be-done for customers, and executing pipeline together with cross-functional team.
Partner with various functions to achieve targets, including technical, product line management, pricing, operations, supply chain, risk management, marketing, etc.
Create demand for products and services by raising their profile with customers.
Collaborate with sales team in countries to execute contracts, close deals and monitor sales operations.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Based on good understanding of the market, provide input to management and business teams for innovation, improvement, new product ideas and other growth projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of four years of related work experience

Previous experience with global / strategic accounts
