Job Description
As a strategy and business planner, you must be shaping the company\'s overall business strategy and performance, conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions and allocate resources appropriately. Additionally, you have to:
- Assess the company\'s operation and strategic performance
- Align processes, resources planning and department goals
- Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
- Educate senior executives in making effective decisions
- Construct forecasts and analytical models
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
- Proven experience as a strategy and business planner
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities and analytical mind
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent in public relations
- A degree in business administration, marketing, finance or a related field
- An MBA is a plus
