Functional (job responsibilities)

• Envision and formulate organization effectiveness transformation strategies across all businesses, i.e. branch, contact center and the associated omni-channel touchpoints including self-service terminals, digital and mobility;
• Conducts in-depth studies supported by quantitative analysis and interact with stakeholders to build business cases and develop solutions to translate organization-wide strategic direction into actionable and executable initiatives;
• Drive omni-channel service innovation through the application of next generation technologies and thought leadership. This includes the use of cognitive computing, real time analytics as well as out of the box methodologies like service design thinking;
• Provides understanding for applying industry standards metrics and how best to integrate these into the channel operational architecture;
• Leads multiple projects that incorporate a proactive and innovative solution to addressing business challenges as well as bring HLB forward into the digital age;
• Leads large-scale bank-wide projects that incorporate transformational, practical and innovative solutions to address business challenges and in achieving organizational goals;
• Translate the organization effectiveness strategies into actionable strategic and tactical execution initiatives;
• Drive and manage the delivery of complex organization effectiveness change programs that enhances the business operation;
• Interact with all levels of management, including senior-level decision makers and executives, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of solution development;
• Monitor the overall project progress and deliverables in meeting targets and datelines.

Managerial (team/group responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate interactive discovery and analytical sessions to understand business activities fully and provides statistical analysis of information to ensure validation and practicality of improvements;
• Provide support at all levels of the organization, including the strategic-level enhancement of corporate readiness and response, emerging market trends, operational improvement and process improvement and applied business analytics across the people, process, and organizational components;
• Advise business regarding factors that are integral to effective change;
• Demonstrates problem solving, leadership, conflict management, and team building skills in order to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals.

Organizational (organizational responsibilities)

• High-level assessment of the organization\'s mission, strategic goals, and business needs;
• Redesigning the way work is done to better support the organization\'s mission;
• Envisioning and materializing the organization effectiveness strategy as a whole in order to achieve the greatest possible benefits to the organization, clients and shareholders.
