Job Responsibilities

  • \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfSolicit new clients and development of new business to meet KPIs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Lead and manage strategic planning, development, and execution of the organization\'s research initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organizations products and services.
  • Lead the Commercial Terms and Client Engagements.
  • Develop and retain strong relationship with key stakeholders and acting as the primary client liaison.
  • Research, identify, set goals and developing plans for business growth.
  • Assess new marketing opportunities/channels for generating business.
  • Formulates the business development strategy, which aligns with the overall organizational strategy.
  • Provides periodic updates on the progress of business development.
  • Develops strategies for breaking into new and existing markets.
  • Utilizes analytics tools to assess viable business development opportunities.
  • Acts as an advisor to the Company on matters related to business development.
Job Requirements
  • Degree/Professional qualification in Real Estate / Business / Investment / Marketing
  • Possess a deep understanding of real estate, investment, property market, the changing market and industry dynamics.
  • 7-10 years of experience and proven track record in business development, investment, real estate Leasing and Marketing.
  • Possess strong relationship management skills.
  • Experienced in client solicitation and sales & marketing cycle.
  • Strong sense of strategic & commercial mindset coupled with business acumen.
  • Enjoy operating within a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Strategic negotiation skills for client facing & stakeholder management (internal & external).
  • Able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to engage with people at all levels.\xef\xbb\xbf
Remuneration
  • RM 15,000 - RM 25,000
