Snapshot of the role: We are looking for a highly experienced and driven ILF Head of Business Unit - Indonesia who will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple business units and ensuring the sustainable performance, growth, profitability and market share of the Integrated Livestock Farming ( ILF) Indonesia Business Units . The role involves driving the development and implementation of ILF Indonesia strategic plans to support QL Group\'s overall strategy, overseeing the daily operations of each business unit and ensuring that each business unit is meeting its financial and non- financial performance targets. This role will be based in Bekasi, West Jawa, Indonesia and will be reporting to the Senior Management. You are driven to: Develop and execute the ILF Indonesia overall strategic business plan including setting targets and goals, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment with to the Group\'s overall business directions. Direct and oversee the development of each business unit\'s operating plan (e.g. resources, budgets, projects) to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Direct and oversee all aspects of the integrated livestock farming business such as feed purchasing and feed mill, farm operations management (e.g. broiler, breeder and layer), sales, marketing and support functions to ensure smooth operations. Oversee the development and execution of quality management policies, procedures and processes (e.g. quality programmes, certification, research and development, flock health, ESG initiatives) to ensure high standards of product quality and compliance with statutory regulations. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and ensuring profitability and ROI for all business units. Lead and manage a team of General Managers and Support Function Heads (e.g. Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Transformation). Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. key customers, partners, government agencies). Analyse market trends and identifying opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and growth including new product development, value added services and digital technologies. Lead change management initiatives and driving continuous improvement in business processes and operations across all business units. What you\'ll need to succeed: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s degree in business, agriculture, animal science or a related field. A Master\'s degree or MBA is a plus. At least 15 years\' experience in manufacturing industry with at least 8 years\' experience in a livestock industry. Proven track record and experience in managing multiple livestock business units. Minimum 8 years in a general manager and head of a business unit role. Strong understanding of livestock production processes and demonstrated experience in operations management, supply chain management, quality control, procurement procedures, quality control specific to livestock farming Excellent financial management skills, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices. Knowledge of sustainability farming practices and emerging trends in ILF industry, include ESG practices. Sound entrepreneurship with strategic and operational decision making skill to lead change initiatives and drive continuous improvement in business processes and operations.
