RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare engineering and architecture drawings in accordance to standards and project requirements Involve in measurement calculation and specification of detail drawings Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering and architecture team Liaise with the project teams, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings. Prepare technical report and support to internal and external parties. Collaborate and interact with construction teams, associates and related project parties Attend consultant meeting, site meeting, and site inspection Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company Any ad-hoc tasks that may be needed or assigned by Management from time to time

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD)/ Engineering/ Related Field Proficient in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and MS Office Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay Possess driving license and able to drive Be adaptable and work independently coupled with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Self-motivated, diligent and team player quality to achieve common goals Able to plan, organise, and manage multiple activities Able to work outstation, perform under pressure, and deliver projects and tasks on time Professional, proper etiquette, patient, and enthusiastic Attendance/Punctuality - Arrives at works and meetings appointments on time
