Must be able to read and derive measurements, dimensions, and quantity of material needed to fabricate a structure c. Fabricate, assemble, and install structural steel products d. Use Come-a-longs, chain falls, and other industry tools and equipment, and install, use, and remove stop plates, dogs, and pad eyes. Requirement: a. Proven experience working as a fitter. b. More than 3 years experience in this position c. The ability to use hand and power tools. d. The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems. e. The ability to concentrate for extended periods. f. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. g. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. h. Exceptional welding and mechanical skills.
