Department Overview

TSO ASTRO LMR delivers technical support and related services to customers including Motorola Associates, Business Partners, VAR\xe2\x80\x99s, Strategic Alliance Partners, OEM\xe2\x80\x99s and End Users primarily in the segments of mission critical communications. Leveraging in-depth IT knowledge, analytical skills and radio trunking concepts, TSO ASTRO LMR ensure that customers\xe2\x80\x99 operate at their optimal performance, availability and reliability with minimal or no interruptions to their communications systems. TSO ASTRO LMR also provides support for contract entitlement verification, problem solution and change management.


We are seeking internship student with a passion for technology, analytical mindset and communication skills.
  • Executes customer operations policies and procedures.
  • Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with customers.
  • Initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution.
  • Performs root-case analysis of problems to formulate and recommend improved alternative operations.
  • Develops alliances and provides complex technical support for large customer accounts.
  • Identifies major areas of cross-customer operational improvement and develops strategic plans for implementation.
  • Works with management to establish goals and objectives for developing innovative customer operational strategies.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Basic Requirements

  • Information Technology (IT) field of Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, electrical or telecommunication field preferred
  • Fluent communication in English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Strong skills in problem analytical and systematic troubleshooting
  • Preferred experienced in Excel skillset.
  • Resourceful self-starter able to manage priorities and tasks effectively and independently
  • Calm and assured manner with the ability to work well under pressure either as an individual or as part of a team
  • High level of motivation with a will to succeed
  • Attention to detail
