The role is responsible for marketing the University and promoting its programs and services in Malaysia and/or international markets. Key responsibilities include:
Implement marketing and student recruitment strategies to drive enrolment.
Build and manage strong relationships with agents, school officials, and other stakeholders to attract prospective students.
Advise students on available programs and provide guidance on study options at the University.
Support and guide students through the admission process.
Process student applications accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Plan and execute marketing activities in collaboration with academic teams.
Maintain proper records, manage budgets for activities, and prepare regular reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Prior sales experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with maturity, initiative, and flexibility to travel as required.
Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation and the ability to build positive working relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette across multiple platforms (phone, email, online chats).
Proactive, willing to learn, and focused on converting enquiries and leads into enrolments.
Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in a consultative and team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work overtime and on weekends when necessary to achieve targets and respond promptly to enquiries.
Willingness to travel frequently for student recruitment activities in assigned markets.
