JOB SUMMARY

The Student Service personnel is involved on ground level day-to-day running of the Student Services department and performs a variety of coordination and administrative duties to provide effective and efficient services and ensure a positive and impactful student experience at university.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Advisor for student clubs, including Student Council, to plan and execute engagements, events, and activities for students. Manage and oversee University student sports activities for trainings, internal and external competitions. Manage the student non-academic disciplinary investigation of student misconduct, and rule violation. To work along with the team and Head of Student Services Department. Implement detailed assistance to students in order to help enhance student experience and manage Students in crisis- coordination of the University response in situations of personal crisis or community crisis. To support in daily tasks and projects within the department including student liaison, events management, sports activities, orientations, engagements with students and disciplinary. To assist in the management and development of overall student experience touch points for university.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be a local Malaysian and has 5 years of experience in UG Student Management and Degree in relevant field. Positive attitude and passionate about student engagements and ability to mitigate conflicts, issues and problem solve dynamically. Good understanding and ability to create an uplifting customer service culture. Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, business contacts in a courteous and professional and diplomatic manner. Creative, resourceful and customer focused. Good planning, organizational and coordinating skills. Ability to multitask and perform consistently to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Background in event planning, student advisory, student activities and/or sports. Able to work alongside with Students, Deans, faculty members, Support staff from other departments at university Able to collaborate with government bodies, universities, service providers, coaches, competition organizers, parents/guardians and students from other universities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
