Job Responsibilities



Welcoming members/non-members in a friendly and professional way Addressing and escalating member/non-member complaints Providing information about courses, pricing, special offers, etc. Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions with members/non-members Issuing receipts, refunds, etc. Responsible to pack ingredients Handle ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers Responsible in stock checking and stock level monitoring Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and be consistent in the lessons Maintaining overall studio hygiene and cleanliness including the dining area Provide support on other related studio operations (e.g. during events, such as booth/special functions/etc.)

Job Requirements



Working in shift required. Working shift are usually 9 hours with 1 hour break. Fluent in English. Conversational in Mandarin will be a plus but not a must. Good in time management, customer service and communication skills. Professional and tidy appearance Reliable attendance

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
