A Snapshot of Your Day

We currently have an exciting position for a motivated individual to join our Gas and Power Services team in our office in CP Tower supporting the Asia Pacific Resource Planning and Management Team. The responsibility of this position applies to ensure and maintain quality within the subcontractors in Asia Pacific region in accordance with Siemens Energy HSE and Quality policy.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Work together with collaborators to develop and maintain a common standard and criteria for qualification of new subcontractors.
• Work together with collaborators to develop and maintain a common standard and performance review for subcontractors in accordance to SE HSE and Quality Policy.
• Carry out performance review once quarterly with respective subcontractors.
• To support resource planning in providing reliable and quality recommendation for subcontractors.
• Implement and maintain subcontractor database in AP Region and provide statistical data on certification, utilization, etc.
• Carry out resource skills and qualification maintenance for Siemens Energy FS personnel in AP region.
• Liaison with global team for subcontractor management.
• Compilation and sharing of Best Practices and Quality Incidents within AP Region.
• Drive quality and process improvement initiatives in FS AP Region.

What You Bring

• Bachelor/ Master of Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, Oil & Gas, Process-Industry or other technical team
• 3 - 5 years of experience working in a Field Maintenance environment, preferably in the Energy or Oil & Gas Sector, preferably with exposure to both, On-Site Execution and Project Management/ Back-Office
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Procurement is an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in usage of Microsoft Office tools and database maintenance is compulsory.
• Experience in implementing/ administrating industrial software applications based on Salesforce, SAP etc. will be beneficial.
• Great teammate with the ability to work independently under pressure, multitask and focus on problem solving in a complex environment collaborating with international teams
• Excellent communication skills - fluent English (written / oral), interpersonal skills
• Willing to work flexible hours on demand
