Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Motivated, committed with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Result-oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently
Responsibilities
  • Training will be provided
  • Assist in establishing a Sub-sales SOP.
  • Ensure documents and payments are processing timely.
  • To perform any other related duties when required.
  • Conduct tier evaluation and calculation, ensure the correct figure is key to the in-house system.
  • Prepare performance report to HOD.
  • Review and monitor claims issuing on-time for agents.
