If you want to grow your skills and develop your career, find out more at www.imerys.com The Position Super Key User - Purchase to Pay (SKU-P2P) Job Summary Job Scope: The role reports to the BA Opera Project Manager Key Interfaces, Stakeholders And Relationships IT Competency Centers, Wave IT Experts, Rollout teams, Business Process Owners, Group Master Data & Process director, Functional Heads and Direct reports, Process experts, External providers (e.g. Consulting companies, Software editors, Technology & Tools for Automation ). Travel: 5% to 10% during the Opera Rollout project Functional And Technical Skills In order to support Imerys digital transformation strategy, the Super Key User will perform the following: Work closing with the P2P BPE to ensure the core model alignment and localization workshops Bring their expertise in specific domains such like dedicated process part or data, country legal constraints Assess through in depth visits, investigations and interviews, the P2P processes in place on sites Prepare and execute Data cleansing and transformation Define conversion mapping between the legacy system and SAP Fulfill manually requested templates for any of data not \'automatically\' migrated Cleanse, transform and complete Data to match OPERA format and content requirements Contribute to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation (including training) Execute UAT, data migration included. Raise defects Perform accessibility and performance tests Manage Cutover and Go-live activities Demand Wave change request with requested detailed information.
