Job Summary
Job Scope:
The role reports to the BA Opera Project Manager
Key interfaces, stakeholders and relationships:
IT Competency Centers, Wave IT Experts, Rollout teams, Business Process Owners, Group Master Data & Process director, Functional Heads and Direct reports, Process experts, External providers (e.g. Consulting companies, Software editors, Technology & Tools for Automation\xe2\x80\xa6).
Travel: 5% to 10% during the Opera Rollout project
Functional and Technical Skills:
In order to support Imerys digital transformation strategy, the Super Key User will perform the following:
Work closing with the P2P BPE to ensure the core model alignment and localization workshops
Bring their expertise in specific domains such like dedicated process part or data, country legal constraints
Assess through in depth visits, investigations and interviews, the P2P processes in place on sites
Prepare and execute Data cleansing and transformation
Define conversion mapping between the legacy system and SAP
Fulfill manually requested templates for any of data not \xe2\x80\x9cautomatically\xe2\x80\x9d migrated
Cleanse, transform and complete Data to match OPERA format and content requirements
Contribute to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) preparation (including training)
Execute UAT, data migration included. Raise defects
Perform accessibility and performance tests
Manage Cutover and Go-live activities
Demand Wave change request with requested detailed information.
Submit and defend it to Business Process Experts
Create Data when not existing in the current ERP
Level 1 support for end users just after the Go Live for the stabilization period
Skills & Competencies:
English speaking fluency mandatory, one or more other Asia languages is a plus
Ability to explain simple or complex matters to multiple types of audiences
Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization along the transformation journey
High willingness to be part of an ERP (SAP) project rollouts
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Strong cultural integration skills
Ability to animate workshops in a productive manner
Ability to listen and learn from his/her team as well as from peers of Group or Business Areas but also to change the current ways of operating
Strong influencing skills to develop an effective regional/country network and promote effective transfer of good practices
Quick learner
Quick adaptability to new systems and troubleshooting
