POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY Experience in project management. Ability to work in a team Positive attitude and able to work under pressure Essential Position Functions Responsible for the monitoring of toilet & public area cleanileness at Ground Level, Passsenger Level & Mezzanine Level , Satellite , KLIA Supervise/ensure the operative doing the cleaning work according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and inline with MAVCOM\'s requirement. Responsible to ensure the Operative is located at the respective areas and supervise the operative for their performance and quality of the assigned works. Responsible to update the immidiate superior on the consumable items, machinery and chemical required and arrange for the replenishment. Responsible to conduct an audit as and when required . Responsible of the verification of \'Daily Work Performance\' which evaluated by the client as and when required . Responsible for the reporting of any defect at Toilet and public areas to responsible person. Responsible for the execution and verification of Daily Progress Report for Periodic Work\'(DPR) Responsible for the cleanliness of toilet and public area during event such as arrange by client. Responsible to conduct assesment for operative Responsible to conduct training and briefing on element MAVCOM. Any other duties that may be assigned by the immidiate superior. Relevant Industries Internal STPM holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience. SPM with minimum 7 years relevant working experience. External Diploma holder with minimum CGPA 2.8 Education Internal Diploma in any related dicipline OR Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Civil) OR SPM / SPM(V) with POLYTECHNIC / MLVK / SKM certificate or equivalent in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Civil) SPM Certificate with: Bahasa Malaysia - Credit English - Pass Mathematics - Pass External Diploma in any related dicipline
