Responsibilities

Support Store Manager to lead team performance Ensure outlet operation standards are being practiced by all team members. Arrange manpower schedule to maximize sales opportunities effectively following rules and regulations. Provide coaching on-the-floor training for all Beauty Advisor using sales management tools. Lead, motivate and support the retail team consistently. Monitor and highlight individual sales weaknesses to the Trainer for training arrangement. Communicate with Store Manager to build sales and teamwork. Achieve given sales target and expectations. Calculate and submit self-commission Report to Store Manager timely and accurately. Take responsibility to minimize stock loss and maximize boutique's security. Ensure merchandising is attractive, up-to-date and consistent with marketing plans. Support and Execute company's Recycling program - Big Little Things at store level.

Qualifications

Supervisory experience minimum 1 year Retail and beauty experience is required Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage

Excellent planning, organizing, coordination & negotiation skills PC skills - Microsoft Office Application
