Objective
To assist in planning, direct and control business activities of outlet in accordance with policies and procedures as laid down by the Company to achieve sales, profit and growth objectives.
1. To co-ordinate and monitor stock-take process.
2. To ensure timely submission of documents / reports to all internal departments.
3. To update IM.
4. To ensure IT system is working.
5. To ensure pest control is well conducted by the vendor.
6. To ensure fly catcher is working.
7. To ensure spring cleaning is well conducted.
8. To ensure outlet filing system is systematic.
9. To ensure staff grooming is follow proper SOP.
10. To plan weekly staff schedule.
11. To ensure sufficient crockery and utensils in the outlet.
12. Check maintenance of all equipment located in or used in the outlet and request immediate repairs when required.
13. To ensure first aid kit is equip with approved contents.
14. You will perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
2 years of working experience in the F&B industry & minimum 1 year of management experience.
Candidates without experience will consider for other positions available
Able to work on shift, long hours and to work on weekends and public holidays.
Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably senior executive level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
