Job Title Supervisor, CAIN Middle Office (UK)



What is the opportunity?

As analyst of Middle Office Services you will be managing the day-to-day activities, including the management/verification of trades process and dealing directly with client, custodians and brokers. The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with financial product and settlement, Team focus, dynamic. This person is proactive and he/she adds value by working on a number of simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision while paying special attention to details. Our mission is to perform day-to-day operations in offering transparency and high level of control and middle office services to our clients.

Working hours: 3:00PM-12:00AM ; 5:00PM \xe2\x80\x93 2:00AM

What will you do?

Daily support to internal team for middle office services:

Ensure quality and timeliness around all trades, validation and Reporting;

After investigation and 4 eyes check, communicate trade discrepancies to internal partner to assist in resolving mismatches between client and its counterparties.

Ensure all queries are managed effectively and escalation are sent to the Manager on timely manner;

Liaise with other department units (Back Office) and external broker and custodians to ensure a high-quality service;

Implement processes for team efficiencies and participate in business improvements and Fund integration projects;

Ensure procedures are updated (in accordance with internal and client policies) and adhered to and where necessary define them.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Experience in Middle Office and Operations

Experience with Bloomberg

Ability to handle multiple task under extremely time sensitive conditions;

Familiarity with financial instrument

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of Market event.

Computer literacy including good knowledge of Access - VBA (creating excel macros, creating queries and forms in Access, VBA codes);
