- Assisting the Outlet Manager in guaranteeing that all apparatus and tools in the Outlet are properly maintained and utilized.
- To assume responsibility for the staff\'s supervision if the Outlet Manager is unavailable.
- Daily supervision and documentation of the cashiering system.
- Verify that the correct amount has been paid by cashing up banknotes.
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and consistently perform personal sanitation checks.
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
- The ability to work shifts on the weekends and on public holidays with flexibility
- Ensure tables are set and food and beverages are served to guests at an exceptional level.
- Have a strong quality of customer service and a willingness to learn.
- Able to operate in a non-halal environment.
- Entrepreneurial approach, loves working in a fast-paced atmosphere, and is passionate about the retail industry.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese added advantage)
