Job Description

Job Responsibility Provide effective technical consultative service to customers before, during and after routine surgical cases. Consistently drive customer and patient satisfaction. Case pre-arrangement including instrument & implant kits monitoring. Assist and support workshop and in service. Provide consigned and owned inventory management support by delivering, organizing and monitoring inventory of implants and instruments at customer location. Attend and support routine primary surgical procedures. Identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer\'s application of a product. Assist in the return/addition of goods resulting from field service issues, stock adjustments, field actions, and administrative processes according to Company procedures. Ensure that products requiring maintenance and/or evaluation are returned to the company in a timely manner. Help drive sales initiatives by assisting with technology upgrades. Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other available means. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least an advanced Diploma / Degree in Science/Business related field. Minimum of 2 years working experience. Demonstrated problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects. Able to work comfortably in operating theatres. Able to work independently in stressful environment and work calmly under pressure. Ability to provide accurate, timely and effective customer service. Fundamental Computer Skills. Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce. Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively. Nurses / Paramedical staff / Flight attendant / Customer service executives who are interested in working in Hospital environment are welcomed to apply.
