Requirements
Experience: Previous 2 years experience in retail department or 1-2 years supervisory role.
Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and ability to analyze sales data. Able to manage 15+ staffs in leadership role & teamwork.
Education: SPM or Diploma in business or retail studies.
Qualities: Ability to multitask, effective communication skills, proactive approach to
problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
The ability to communicate in English is preferred.
Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS cashiering skills is preferred.
Must be available and willing to work weekends, Public Holiday and work overtime.
