Responsibilities

Overseeing staff

: They manage and train retail staff, ensuring they meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Daily operations

: They handle transactions, delegate tasks, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

Customer interaction

: Retail supervisors interact with customers to resolve complaints and enhance the shopping experience.

Sales management

: They are responsible for meeting sales targets and implementing promotional strategies.

Supervising and training retail employees

to ensure effective performance.

Overseeing daily operations

of the retail store, including customer service and store appearance.

Managing inventory

and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handling customer complaints

and resolving issues as they arise.
Requirements

Experience: Previous 2 years experience in retail department or 1-2 years supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and ability to analyze sales data. Able to manage 15+ staffs in leadership role & teamwork. Education: SPM or Diploma in business or retail studies. Qualities: Ability to multitask, effective communication skills, proactive approach to
problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.

The ability to communicate in English is preferred. Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS cashiering skills is preferred. Must be available and willing to work weekends, Public Holiday and work overtime.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
