Responsibility :
Assist Project Manager in managing day-to-day site coordination requirements.
To provide engineering support for (Electrical & Mechanical) and cost control initiatives.
Monitoring labor, building material, and equipment budgets and curbing unnecessary expenses.
Monitoring on-site construction work and relaying instructions from Project Manager.
Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact projected cost and time estimates.
Procuring materials, labor, and equipment, as well as third-party subcontractors and suppliers.
Represent the Company at any event as and when instructed upon by the management.
Preparing work schedules and sequencing onsite tasks.
Collaborating with other construction project stakeholders as required.
Ensuring that construction industry safety regulations are followed.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers for related on site meeting & requirements.
Perform other ad-hoc job assigned by the management & CEO from time-to-time basis and behave as part of the contributors the organization.
