What We Offer:

Your Impact:

Lead engineering project coordination from planning through execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Oversee fabrication processes ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to client specifications Engage with customers to understand requirements, provide technical solutions, and deliver competitive quotations Manage project teams and material procurement while controlling variances and minimizing waste Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve project challenges and ensure quality deliverables

What We're Looking For:Must Have:

Diploma in Mechanical, Civil Engineering and equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in construction or factory. Fundamental knowledge in Steel fabrication Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively Prefer Mandarin speaker

Good to Have:

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales Understanding of project management principles Knowledge of industry procurement processes Existing network of industry contacts
