Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Work Location: Empire City, Hextar World Damansara

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily F&B operations, ensuring high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. The role involves supervising service staff, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Service

Supervise daily food and beverage service operations Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow Monitor service quality, presentation, and timing
Team Supervision

Supervise, train, and motivate F&B service staff Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance Ensure staff are properly groomed and follow service standards Conduct briefings before shifts and provide on-the-job coaching
Inventory & Cost Control

Assist in monitoring inventory, stock levels, and ordering supplies Minimize wastage and control operational costs Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages
Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of service areas, dining areas, and equipment Follow company policies, SOPs, and local regulations
Administrative Duties

Prepare daily reports, sales summaries, and incident reports Assist with opening and closing procedures Support F&B Manager in achieving operational and financial targets
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or certification in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field (preferred) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B service, with supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Good knowledge of food, beverages, service standards, and hygiene practices Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
