We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service and support the F&B team in delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily food & beverage operations and staff shifts
Ensure high standards of service, hygience and safety
Train, motivate and monitor team performance
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Assist with inventory control, ordering and cost management
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Ensure the daily SOP requirements are met and all documentation is properly maintained
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or senior service role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills and team-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
