TanggungjawabPosition Overview:Kay\'s Steak & Lobster is seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering unparalleled service and hospitality to our esteemed guests. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment, maintaining high standards of service excellence, and fostering a positive and cohesive team environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee front of house staff, including waiters, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to front of house staff, promoting a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction levels, addressing any issues or concerns in a proactive and effective manner.
• Assist with the hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluation of front of house employees, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between front and back of house teams.
• Manage reservation systems and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover and maximizing restaurant capacity.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy, seeking resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the overall guest experience and driving customer loyalty.
