Job Description
Critical Success Factors:
- Must have ability to supervise cleaners.
- Must be a self-starter willing to work with minimal supervision.
- Through understanding of the theory, philosophy, principles, practices and objectives of housekeeping management.
- Initiative, persistence, creativity and the ability to inspire the best in others.
- Knowledge and ability to supervise housekeeping operations.
- To provide direction and leadership in guiding housekeeping firms supervisors in allocating work and roster duties for personnel and ensure efficient time management to maximize productivity.
- To coordinate with other department in performing work requirements as and when required.
- To liaise with all tenants on cleanliness/pest control or housekeeping matters.
- To ensure cleanliness of the mall is in satisfying condition to management standards.
- To ensure legal compliance of all job requirements and related status.
- At least 1-2 years working experience in housekeeping role.
- Good people skills with ability to communicate to all workers.
- Discipline with good attendance record.
- Excellent communication (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem solving environment.
