Job Description
Job Purpose / Requirement:
Conduct strict enforcement of HSE regulations, safety compliance among employees and contractors and conduct daily inspections. Conduct safety briefing for contractors and port users as the designated presenter. Prepare and enforce HON regulations effectively. Review and access Permit to Work (PTW) applications before verification. Investigate incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Update proper reporting of safety incidents and maintain records. Proficient in NARS and UCUX systems. Record PTW application and keep in R-drive folder. Collect and keep Minutes of each Department Safety Committee Meeting and Northport Safety Council Meeting. Ensure that files regarding Internal Correspondents, HSE Document, OHSAS 45001, HIRAC project, SWP/PMA/PMT Document, Vendor Evaluation, Committee Meeting and Environmental Studies Record are in good order and retrievable.
Education / Professional Qualification
Diploma in Safety, Health, Engineering or a related field.
Relevant Experience
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
