Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in monitoring daily outlet operation and administration, especially display, reports, stock count, merchandising and cleanliness; Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain good relationship with all customers; Provide efficient after-sales service to the end users of company's products; Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth and quality customers; Maintain good communication and working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork; Monitor team productivity; Other duties which assigned by The Company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Possess at least a SPM qualification with pleasant personality Possess good work ethics, positive attitude, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills and sales-oriented mindset. Fluent in English, Malay, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
