We invite you to be part of our team!Job Responsibilities:1 Team Management: Logistic Assistant/ Superisor/ supervisors/ officers oversee and guide a team of logistics personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance management.
2 Supply Chain Coordination: Logistic Assistant/ Superisor/ supervisors/ officers work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and availability of products.
3 Order Processing: They process and manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining proper documentation.
4 Shipment Coordination: They arrange transportation, negotiate contracts with carriers, schedule shipments, and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery.
5 Documentation and Record-Keeping: Logistic Assistant/ Superisor/ supervisors/ officers maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, orders, shipments, and other logistics activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
6 Customs and Compliance: They ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments, including proper documentation, customs clearance, and adherence to import/export regulations.
7 Supplier Management: Logistic Assistant/ Superisor/ supervisors/ officers communicate with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms to optimize supply chain efficiency.
8 Problem Solving: They proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues such as transportation delays, order discrepancies, or inventory discrepancies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and participating in MBU-1 Warehouse meeting.
9 Reporting and Analysis: Logistic Assistant/ Superisor/ supervisors/ officers generate reports on logistics performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization includes safety observation on Monday by weekly basis.
10 Customer Service: They collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues related to shipments or deliveries, to ensure customer satisfaction and participating in MBU-2 sales meeting.
11 Quality Control: Logistic Assistant/ Superisor/ supervisors/ officers ensure that goods meet quality standards and perform quality checks at various stages of the logistics process by regularly on-site visits & observations.
12 Process Improvement: They analyze logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction through regularly/daily site visit and observations.
14 To perform other related duties or ad-hoc duties or assignment assigned by management from time to time.Qualifications

• Min Diploma
• Basic Level of Computer literacy
• Availability and willingness to work overtime
• Have high attention to detail
