To lead, train, schedule and supervise team member and contractors
Plan and perform Preventive Maintenance, inspection according to machine requirement
Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, maintain accurate records, and report on maintenance activities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
Swift respond to emergency machine and equipment breakdown, analyze and diagnose faulty
Plan and manage spare parts and machine consumable inventory to avoid long breakdown time.
Participate in Jig and fixture development and fabrication Ensure all machine compliance and follow safety regulation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma/ Advance Cert in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
5+ years of maintenance experience, with some supervisory exposure.
Strong skills in machine troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for Manufacturing.
Ability to lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff and contractors.
Able to respond quickly to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
