Responsibilities:

Support Operations Leaders in managing outlet's daily operations Demonstrate and maintain knowledge of the entire menu and its preparation Ensure SOP and Shop Rules are followed at all times, including policies for Food Safety and Sanitation process Support manager in managing inventory and stock ordering Support manager in executing marketing campaigns, and also meeting sales and food cost budget Lead, train and manage crew members in daily operations Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:

Possess at least SPM or equivalent Minimum 1 year of working experience in any hospitality or F&B Age: 24 years and above. Good knowledge in managing inventory and operating POS system Physically fit Pleasant disposition and able to work in a team Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate Can communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English

Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
