Location: Pandan Indah, Bukit Jalil, Bandar Puteri, Kajang, Sg. Chua & Multiple Location
Key Responsibilities:
Help run the restaurant smoothly each day
Open and close the store as needed
Help train and guide staff
Plan team schedules
Report any staff issues to the manager
Handle customer complaints politely
Monitor stock levels and help with orders
Handle cash and daily deposits properly
Follow and support company rules and goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in hospitality or management preferred.
2+ years' experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of POS systems, basic inventory, and cash handling.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
