Manage a team of mechanics.
Perform or guide team member to carry out diagnosis job.
Guide and monitor team member jobs execution. Ensure smooth progression of job and completed within specified time.
Carry out final Quality Check (QC) Inspection on job assigned to team member. Make sure all customer request has been rectified.
Perform test ride when necessary to diagnose or QC on the repair job that has been carried out.
Make sure final QC inspection being carried out thoroughly and QC inspection sheet being filled accordingly
Responsibilities include overseeing the proper usage, storage, and maintenance of all workshop tools, general equipment, and specialized tools.
Practice good 5S. Make sure team member clean their work bay, return and arrange tools or equipment after job completion and before going back.
Assist workshop controller to ensure smooth Job flow and on time job completion.
Provide technical support to KESC and KPS.
Any other tasks assigned by the Company as and when required.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SKM Level 3 in Automotive or any related field.
At least 4 year(s) working experience in superbike service centre.
Good leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Computer literate (Excel and Microsoft Word).
Preferred Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
Able to perform with minimum supervision and independent.
Able to work under pressure and to meet tight schedule & deadline.
Multi-tasking, customer service oriented and communicate well with all level of people.
Possess valid B2/D license and own transport. Posses B license is an advantage.
Fresh graduates will be considered.
