Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations. Ensure customer service standards are maintained and customer satisfaction is achieved. Supervise, guide, and prepare staff work schedules. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall outlet presentation are well maintained. Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and report any stock shortages. Handle customer issues and resolve complaints professionally. Ensure all SOPs, company policies, and safety procedures are followed. Support the achievement of sales targets and overall outlet performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience as a Supervisor or Senior Crew in the retail or F&B industry is an added advantage. Strong leadership and communication skills. Responsible, disciplined, and able to work well in a team. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Able to work under pressure and handle problems effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
