Job Description

Assist Operation Executive/Manager on manpower planning. To ensure packaging area in good condition and clean. Monitor packaging process and loading activity including arrangement planning. Lead and manage the meal inventory control process for the packaging area and finished good. Train manufacturing employees. Oversee production to ensure production schedule is adhered and avoid delay. Minimize food waste during packaging progress. Assist Operation Executive/Manager on new product development assembly process. Maintain and retain production records. Create, review and print sticker. Communicate closely with QC Assistant and QA Assistant to ensure product quality and safety performance as per direction from management.
Requirement

Preferable for Male. Minimum SPM or STPM. Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in food industry and food processing is advantage. Good basic knowledge and skill in Food Safety and Quality requirement, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Food Security and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Quick learner and forward thinker. Able to work under shift rotation and able to overtime. Experience managing a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
