Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to requests or complaints.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, service counters, and equipment.
Assist in preparing simple drinks or food items (if required).
Clear tables, reset seating, and manage table turnover.
Handle payments and operate the POS system (if assigned).
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures as per company standards.
Support team members and perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
No experience required; training will be provided.
Friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
