:Responsibilities

Supervise maintenance team for highways, roads, bridges, and related infrastructure.
Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including pavement repair, pothole patching, vegetation control, and signage installation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance work.
Conduct regular inspections of highways and infrastructure to prioritize repairs.
Develop maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively for timely completion of projects.
Monitor work quality by maintenance crews and provide necessary feedback and guidance.
Coordinate with various departments and agencies, including engineering, traffic management, and environmental services.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, equipment usage, and material inventory.
Train and mentor maintenance staff in proper techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
Respond promptly to emergency situations to ensure highway safety and integrity.

Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Transportation Management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in highway maintenance or related field, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of highway maintenance practices, techniques, and equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
