Security;

Controlling of Visitors Monitoring Systems. Monitoring of staff attendance card. Assist SSO in detaining process Practising on checking procedure at staff entrance as well at receiving bay. Checking on disposal, breakage and cleaning wastage. Performing full body check and bag carriage Ensuring no staff hand phone is in the sales floor (only supervisor and above). Controlling receiving traffics when needed. Provide escorts for cash handling and verification of CIT officers. Patrolling on sales floor and storage or other area as advised by SSO. Counter check on trolley and basket daily collection (opening & closing). Informing SH/SM /AM on any illegal activities in the store. Checking on all sales floor POS especially during closing hours.

Safety;

Assist outlets in ensuring no blockage at all area of Fire Fighting Equipment tools and Emergency Exit Doors. Alertness on safety issues of the floor. Ensuring all staff is following attires SOP's without fail. Acknowledge on all FFE location. Lead outlet staff on safety awareness Detecting any risk potential and preventive measures To lead safety team at outlets level.

General;

To adhere and enforce all Company's policies and procedures. Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time. Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification. Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field. Attention to details and sense of urgency. Computer literate, able to perform accurate data entry. Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision. Candidate must able to read and write. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to work long hours when required. Has good personnel hygiene with positive attitudes. Discipline in carrying assigned duties. Physically fit. Willing to work in Puchong area.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
