Supervisor & Senior Port Operation
Job Description
We are looking for Supervisor and Senior Port Operation.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or any other qualification.
At least five (5) years of work experience in any field or industry as you will have to undergo our one year intensive on-the-job training program to gain insight and understanding of our entire port operations. This position entails
For Supervisor and above position (5 Positions) - at least five (5) years of work experience in warehouse management and/or seaport cargo handling operations, especially in the handling of bulk & break bulk cargoes in the warehouse and/or onboard ships.
Excellent team player and enjoy multi-tasking, and able to act decisively in time of crisis
Independent with strong management and leadership qualities (for Senior Manager position and above, he must has proven leadership track record with at least 15 year experience in seaport and or vessel operations )
Required skill(s): MS Office. Experience in using warehouse management system (WMS) would be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and enthuse a team of staff
Must be willing and able to work in shifts
Preferred skill(s): Interpersonal, communication, and a good team player.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
