Supervisor - Cleaning Services

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision

- Lead and manage a small cleaning team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.

Operational Oversight

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily cleaning schedules for assigned areas.

Inventory & Ordering

- Manage cleaning supplies, place orders, and receive deliveries to ensure adequate stock levels.

Quality Control

- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness meets company and client expectations.

Problem Solving Under Pressure

- Respond quickly to urgent cleaning needs or operational issues.

Requirements:

Male, preferably with experience in the cleaning services industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of inventory control and ordering processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
