Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the procedures - Project Management Manual, Quality Management Plan, Safety Management plan and environmental.
Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to establish project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that project milestones are met.
Supervise and direct construction crews and subcontractors, including scheduling work assignments, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during the course of construction and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure that records and documents are filed and managed in accordance with the procedures.
Participate in On Site Coordination meetings with Head of Section and Subcontractors, suppliers etc., (in the absence of Head of Section, Site Supervisor is to organize and Chair these Coordination Meetings)
Conduct in-coming, in-process and final inspection and testing for on-site activities in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans and Checklists, Safe Work Method Statements and the results are recorded.
Generate NOD and Bill of Quantities for submission to client.
Monitor the implementation of the site safety plan, including method statements relating to specific SHE hazards and act, in accordance with system procedures, to correct breaches.
Ensure timely updating and coordinating of work order information and data in Edgenta PROPEL\'s CMMS and PLUS\'s ROSS System.
Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience working in a construction supervisory role, with a demonstrated track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget (at least 2 years)
Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials, including knowledge of building codes and regulations.
