Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with engineering team and consultants on the technical design and processes which meets project requirements
- Assist in tendering, procurement and contracting processes on technical matters.
- Study, highlight and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
- Participate in the organization and planning of construction activities and setting of targets for the construction work program.
- Monitor progress; check that quality assurance/ status updates/financial reports are provided along with the provision of regular updates to Management/immediate supervisor in order to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Supervise site staffs\' work procedures in accordance with technical work specifications.
- Assist in monitoring subcontractors.
- Check that all works are carried out based on established method statements/procedures, specifications, and contract requirements.
- Attend project update meetings with Project Manager/Director.
- Adhere to site safety and health rules and procedures, as well as relevant policies and work instructions as so defined in order to achieve compliance with the Company\'s Quality System, occupational safety, health, and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times.
- Assist and guide new staff when required.
- Willing to work at Johor Bahru.
