Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Manage outlet daily operation. To ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction. Hire, train & supervise outlet staff to meet company requirements. Welcome customers as they come into Lavender. Introduce customers to our varied range of Lavender Products. Cashiering, Confectionary and Bakery Product Packing, Cake Order Service and Product Refill. Product Arrangement and Expiry. Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding products information and available offers Cleaning of Outlet.
Job Requirements:
At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality / Tourism industry Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction. Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
