Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Confirm and collect supplier contacts, working with regional and global category managers Communicate the global supplier portal requirements and timeline to suppliers to obtain supplier buy-in to on board as Catalogue Supplier Support supplier segmentation analysis Develop working knowledge of supplier portal to enable seamless onboarding and to empower the ability to answer questions Serve as the supplier point of contact for the end-to-end catalogue supplier on boarding Require to increase 50% of the Catalogue Supplier based on Y2023 catalogue number Support creation of the supplier documentation Track and report phases of onboarding for each vendor contacted Track and report total vendor conversions completed Collaborate with other functional areas to overcome vendor objections Resolve issues, concerns, or questions related to the new platform Escalate concerns to appropriate leader or decision maker Help design process and knowledge transfer documentation Provide weekly update and/or monthly report on analysis and preparation task progress, catalogue supplier on boarding, etc. Oversee the Supplier Enablement Team and assist Team Leader to drive the overall task progress. Essential Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, vendors, and external business partners Must be able to work with suppliers and category managers in a variety of time zones Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently Strong analytical skills and Project Management skills required Capable of learning new systems and technology and explaining to vendors Experience in electronic document exchange for Procurement and Accounts Payable strongly preferred Ability to embrace complexity, ambiguity and able to translate opportunities to experiment and simplify Proactive and able to work under pressure and independently.
