How You\'ll Make an Impact:
- The maintenance of supplier information and working together with suppliers on gathering information for their electronic connections to Siemens Energy is your main responsibility.
- You will be processing Supplier registration notifications from an external platform
- You will use an intranet tool to process request supporting our internal departments (e.g., Procurement)
- Within your day-to-day activities you will manage and maintain worldwide business partner details on a regular basis and clarify identified shortcomings independently
- Ensuring completeness and up-to-datedness of master data is part of your tasks as well as the equivalent reconciliation and coordination with other Corporate Master Data (CMD) functions
- Providing reports on demand and regular feedback to Service Managers.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and initial relevant professional experience
- Sound of solid SAP as well as very good knowledge of MS-Excel are a plus.
- Fluent English language skills, whereby you can lead and or participate discussions without any problems. Additional language skills is a plus.
- Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10 and Microsoft Applications
- Strong team player being a convinced service orientated person.
