Job responsibilities

• To ensure Incoming Quality Assurance activities function effectively
• Promptly inform of products or processes which do not conform to requirements
• Drive \xe2\x80\x9cZERO DEFECT\xe2\x80\x9d mentality within supply base
• Drive customer feedback/complaint/return for root cause and corrective /preventive actions related to supply base
• Recommend technical solutions for supplier improvements
• Monitor and drive supplier PPM and initiate 8D for trending defects fallout detected at Production
• Monitor and drive IQA PPM performance and ensure meeting the goals
• Review and approve IQA inspection plan and ensure its compliance
• Review and manage FAI to verify and ensure parts conformance to customer requirements
• Conduct training and certification of IQA inspectors (jointly with OJT Trainer)
• Take lead in driving the Supplier Improvement Team to achieve the target and goal
• Travel to supplier locations to resolve quality problems and perform technical assessment
• Take lead in driving supplier in-process quality improvement with the supplier internal team members
• Established specific short / long term supplier quality goals deemed necessary
• Drive key suppliers to obtain specific QMS standards based on complexity of commodity
• Plan and perform supplier audits to drive process standardization, continuous improvement and waste elimination
• Perform RoHS compliant verification at product level on sampling basis
• Compile monthly supplier quality rating
• Obtain the disposition of non-conformity parts with supplier
• Any other job assigned by immediate Supervisor

Job requirements

• Degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastic Engineering, or equivalent
• Knowledge of PCBA processes, Box Build Assembly, FMEA, SPC, Quality Audit, 8D methodology, Lean, 5 Whys, Pareto Analysis, Control Plan and etc.
• Familiar with ISO standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
